From Brussels Airport

Take the train to Antwerpen-Centraal. The ride lasts 30 to 38 minutes and runs several times an hour. Most tickets already include the 6.90 euro airport supplement. Continue from Centraal as described below.

By public transport

From Antwerpen-Centraal, pick whichever suits you.

  • Walk. 20 minutes to our door.
  • Take tram 24 towards Silsburg and step off at Borgerhout De Roma.

  • Take premetro line 8 or 10 from Astrid, the station directly under Centraal. Ride to Zegel and walk the last few minutes.

Coming from elsewhere in the city, two stops serve us. Both sit on the Turnhoutsebaan, a few minutes from our front door.

  • Premetro lines 8 and 10 stop at Zegel.
  • Tram 24 and several bus lines stop at Borgerhout De Roma.

A single De Lijn ticket costs 3 euro and covers 60 minutes with unlimited transfers. All fares, passes and where to buy them sit on Getting around.

By car

Read this before you set off.

We live inside the Antwerp low emission zone. The LEZ operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Diesel engines need Euro 5 or newer, petrol engines Euro 2 or newer. Foreign number plates must register once before entering, and the registration is free. Dutch plates skip the registration. Fines start at 150 euro and rise to 350 euro. Street parking in Antwerp is hard. Plan for one of these.

  • Parking Zomerfabriek. Free, open around the clock, and usually has room. Leave nothing valuable in the car.
  • Our underground spot. We share the spot with neighbours. For a stay of around two days we might free it up. Ask us in advance and we will check whether that works.

We have a closed indoor bike parking. Bringing your own bikes? Tell us beforehand so we make room for them.
