👋 Welcome

Welcome to Borgerhout! We are Vincent, Evelyn and Ren, and this is our apartment at Prins Leopoldstraat 60, 2140 Borgerhout — on the first floor, the rightmost apartment.

A little about us: we are Evelyn (36), Vincent (39) and Ren (5). I work as a kindergarten teacher in Borgerhout and Vincent teaches digital subjects at university. Our cat, Coca (13), lives with us too. She goes in and out of the house on her own through a cat flap, and only needs food and cuddles.

Our home is part of cohousing InDruk, a co-housing project where everyone has a fully private apartment and shares some common spaces: a garden, a laundry room, a large communal room. Think of it as a small village in the middle of the city.

Through HomeExchange we open up our private apartment to you. You’re welcome to use the shared garden. The shared spaces in the common house are for residents — you’re welcome there when a neighbour invites you or shows you around.
